That was the mother in law - she thought we were going to be running towards her! She should have realised that we wouldn't have been pushing to get towards the front.

It was minus 12 and started snowing the minute we left. Irchester is currently under 18 feet of fluffly white snow and a state of emergency has been declared for all of south Northants.

Hadn't you heard? You should put radio 4 on in the morning instead of "Smashy FM".
